OEM ref DDB111, 7H5084, 418888 & 409563  This cap and be used in place of Lucas part numbers and Remax ES1212, GDC118

Suitable for the very first 6v & 12v Austin 7 DKY4, 1939-54 Riley 1.5 39-40

Two different types of distributor were fitted to the TD & TF.  All TD’s up to chassis No TD24488 were fitted with the DKY4A type distributor numbered 40162.  Later TD’s and all TF’s were fitted with the D2A4 type distributor numbered 40368 on TD’s and 40367 on TF’s.  The difference being the advance curve.
