  • Do you offer international shipping?

    • Please note: All our EU orders are currently supplied under DAP terms, so local VAT is not applied and will need to be paid for by the customer at the point of collection.
    1. Yes! We ship at flat rate country-dependent costs for now; if you cannot order to your country contact us for a quote!

  • How do I redeem my gift card/discount?

  1. Prepare your order and go to checkout.
  2. Check your inbox for an email from us. Make sure to check your junk folder if you can't find what you're looking for!
  3. Your gift card will have a code in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
  4. Copy your code and return to your checkout page.
  5. Select ' I have a gift voucher or promo code' at the bottom of your page.
  6. Paste your code in, click enter, and you're ready to go!

  • When will you dispatch my order?

  1. All orders placed before 12:00 GMT will be sent out the same working day.
  2. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT may be sent on the following working day.
  3. We try to get all our orders out the door as soon as possible, and you will receive a dispatched email from us as soon as we have your order put through the post, with all your necessary tracking details attached!

  • How do I track my parcel?

  1. Open your dispatched email notification.
  2. Look for text in the format

    Hi *NAME*, the status of your order has just been updated to DISPATCHED

     

    Royal Mail tracking: XXXXXXXXXXX

  3. Click on the tracking number. This will automatically bring you to your tracking details in the Royal Mail Portal for further updates

  • I ordered courier delivery, how do I track my parcel?

  1. Open your dispatched email notification.
  2. Look for text in the format

    Hi *NAME*, the status of your order has just been updated to DISPATCHED

     

    DHL (Or other courier service) tracking: XXXXXXXXXXX

  3. Click on the tracking number. This will automatically bring you to your tracking details in your couriers portal for further updates.

  • When can I expect my order to arrive?

    • Note: We are currently setting up our international shipping, however we are always happy to arrange any international orders subject to requested postage quotes.
  1. UK Standard Delivery: 3-7 working days.
  2. UK First Class Delivery: 2-4 working days.
  3. UK Special Delivery / Next Day Courier: 1-2 working days.
  4. EU Orders: Up to 14 working days.
  5. USA / Australia Orders: 3-4 weeks.
  6. Rest of World Orders: 3-4 weeks; for remote locations this is subject to change.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    • Up to an item being dispatched you can change or cancel your order at any time, just drop us an email or message and we'll aim to resolve your request as soon as possible!
    • Should your order be dispatched already, please drop us a message to let us know to expect our product back, return the item and we can refund you.

  • What is your returns policy?

    • If you have any problems with your order, we're always happy to take anything back for a refund, or offer partial refunds for imperfect items as a result of transit.
    • Drop us a message either through our contact us form or on our email, and we'll aim to get back to you within 48 hours!
