Royal Mail Strikes Continue

As you are probably aware, Royal Mails ongoing industrial action is already causing significant problems with their delivery times and sadly these issues appear to be continuing up until Christmas.
The strike dates as we understand currently are as follows;
November
  • 30th

December
  • 1st

  • 9th

  • 11th

  • 14th

  • 15th

  • 23rd

  • 24th

In an attempt to combat this, we have added DX24 (Mon-Fri) as a delivery option in the UK, this is a next day service (where possible and when the order can be processed before the collection, orders that miss the collection will be processed the next working day).
We understand that money might be a bit tight at the moment as such we are offering this service at a reduced rate of £6.50 for the holiday period so please consider upgrading your shipping options at checkout to avoid disappointment. We would like to thank everyone for their understanding during these disruptions.
As always, if you have any questions or need any help with tracking your orders, please see your dispatch confirmation email where tracking details should be provided or use the "Contact Us" section and we are happy to help.
