New parts, plus something a bit different...

A few weeks ago we mentioned the first prototypes of the new (to us) L760 bulb holders,
We are happy to announce that the first batch of indicator/sidelight holders are here and in stock now! Click the image to go to the product page!L760 Bulb holders

A couple of new data plates, one for a Capstan Winch and a Fitted For Radio Military build contract information plate.

These two are just the first of many new parts taken on from our friends at Pegasus so keep your eyes pealed for future updates!

To continue the Military theme, also new in this week are Military 576207 Screw Light Fitting Mounts, we already stock a steel version but these anodised aluminium mounts are slightly larger and a better fit for the original glass lenses or our new polycarbonate lenses featured a previous update.

I know we have a few Tractor fans among us, new for you this week we have another washer pump that fits unbelievably long list of vehicles! Have a look at the product page for details.

And Last, but certainly not least, a very special addition this week.
Boat Race on Wheels: The Oxford Cambridge Trans-Africa Expedition 1954 Paperback
Written by Don Calman, edited by James Taylor with photos by Ross Charlton.
Published with the energy and enthusiasm of Adam Bennett (who has restored both of the original vehicles!)
This is the prequel to, and inspiration for, the well-known First Overland: London-Singapore by Tim Slessor.

This is the story of an adventure undertaken by six Oxford and Cambridge students in the summer of 1954
Using two 86" Land Rovers they successfully drove from London to Cape Town, the notes, diaries and associated photos have remained unpublished until now, a fascinating snapshot of post-war Africa, less than 10 years after the close of war.
This has been flying off the shelves since it was uploaded at the beginning of the week and we can see why, go ahead, treat yourself to a copy, we are certain you wont be disappointed!
