Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 GMT on the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

During busy periods, public holidays, or for larger orders, additional processing time may occasionally be required.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on qualifying orders and is typically sent using Royal Mail 48 services.

Additional delivery options may be available at checkout for an extra charge.

International Delivery

We ship to many international destinations. Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout where available.

Taxes and Duties

International orders are generally supplied on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. This means local taxes, import duties, customs charges, and handling fees are not included in the purchase price and may be payable by the recipient before delivery.

For selected destinations, we may offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, where applicable duties and import charges are included in the amount paid at checkout.

If a DAP shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any refund issued may be reduced by non-recoverable shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, and other charges incurred by us as a result of the refusal.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Delivery Terms

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to amend delivery details.

You will receive email notifications regarding the progress of your order and tracking information where available.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Missing or Lost Deliveries

If tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number and delivery address.

To help us investigate with the carrier, missing delivery claims should be reported within 21 days of the delivery notification. Claims reported after this period may be more difficult to investigate and resolve.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, postal operators, couriers, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
